H2F (Hopeless 2 Focused) is a mental health and wellbeing support service founded by Adam
Whittingham. We provide 1-to-1 mentoring, wellbeing workshops, group sessions (including via
Microsoft Teams), and community support for individuals dealing with mental health challenges and
addiction recovery.
We are the data controller responsible for your personal information under the UK General Data
Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Information you share when joining our community groups or attending sessions
• Health-related information and details about your personal circumstances, where you choose
to share these with us
• Payment information for subscriptions or services (processed securely through our payment

As a general guide, we retain contact and membership records for up to 3 years after your last
interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
